1. The aim of the advice is to measure the awareness of customers (individuals, government agencies and the private sector)
2. All suggestions/comments have been listed to be studied and implemented with partners from the relevant government agencies
3. Various awareness workshops will be held to educate customers about the requirements, and increase the number of publications on social networking sites to raise awareness.

1. This survey was part of the current Mandatory Scopes initiative plan for 2022.
2. The purpose of the survey is to improve the current list of Mandatory Scopes and to gather feedback from the participants.
3. Full Analysis of the survey will be provided later on based on Department Plan.
4. Based on the Customer Feedback received, some feedback will be taken into consideration to update and improve the implementation of the mandatory list.
5. Some points/ feedback received were not relevant to the current survey. However, it will be forwarded to concerned for the acknowledgement & improvement
6. We will develop awareness sessions, social media post to increase the awareness upon approval of the updates and based on decision.

1. This consultation is related to Strengthening Halal Initiative plan for 2022.
2. The Purpose is to measure the impact of the national halal system and improve the mechanisms to satisfy the needs of all parties involved related to the service provided.
3. Analyze and study the results of the survey and circulate the results to stakeholders and related sectors.
4. Communicate with the relevant sectors in MoIAT to discuss the results of the study.
