Industrial Production Services
Issue an Industrial Production License
This service allows you to apply for an industrial production license for facilities that are subject to industrial licensing requirements. This permit enables you to apply for exemptions from customs duties on the import of machinery, equipment, spare parts, and other materials directly involved in the manufacturing process. You can also access additional benefits and services provided by the Ministry.

The ministry allows its clients to file complaints regarding any of its services. A complaint is defined as a written statement submitted by an external party expressing dissatisfaction with the procedures, transactions, or manner in which a service was provided.
Conformity Assessment Bodies Services
Issue a Conformity Assessment Notification Certificate
This service allows you to apply for a Conformity Assessment Body Notification Certificate, which approves the body per the ministry's technical requirements and regulations. Under this certificate, the accredited body is authorized to issue conformity certificates, as well as national conformity marks and badges, on behalf of the ministry in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 35 of 2015.
