This service enables customers to apply for an instant customs exemption if the requested increase does not exceed 30% of the previously registered quantity of production input materials for industrial processes, within the specified period.​

This service allows you to submit a registration request for raw materials, machinery, equipment, semi-finished or finished goods, and packaging materials, provided the industrial facility holds a valid industrial production license. It also enables you to apply for approval to exempt these items from customs duties, in order to benefit from customs exemptions.​

This service allows you to apply for approval to exempt machinery, equipment, or raw materials previously registered in the ministry's system from customs duties.​

This service allows you to apply for a Value-Added Certificate in accordance with the Arab Rules of Origin. The system calculates the value added—the percentage of national components in the final product—based on the factory’s financial data. The national component must represent at least 40% of the total production cost. Obtaining this certificate enables the facility to register in the Ministry of Economy’s Certificate of Origin system, allowing it to export products abroad and benefit from customs exemptions.

This service allows you to request an increase in the quantity (in kilograms) of previously registered materials—including raw, semi-manufactured, fully manufactured, and packaging materials—to add to your balance for the purpose of applying for customs duty exemption.​
